1. I learned that electric cars are less expensive to run than gasoline vehicles. They cause less pollution because they are blowing less pollution into the air.
2. When I was reading articles on cars I was reminded that my dad's car uses a lot of gasoline compared to the car that used both gas and electricity.
3. A problem that I came across was that the air is still polluted from electrical power plants. These electrical power plants produce electricity for electric cars. Another problem is that the Tesla is an expensive car to run.
4. The next step in my process is continuing the differences between the electric car-making companies and the cars' manufacturers.
5. My dad is getting a Tesla, an electric car, because it saves the environment by creating less pollution. Other people should buy an electric car to help the environment, but maybe not a Tesla because running a Tesla is expensive.

Cars of the future: 3rd Blog Post
1. I learned about different types of electric cars and how electric engines work. They work by getting the power from rechargeable batteries inside the car. They use electric motors and I learned about different types of motors. I also research about different types of batteries.
2. I learned that I have an interest in environmental awareness and I am taking more steps to reduce my carbon footprint. That's why I have an interest in electric cars that help by not using gasoline.
3. Yes, because I have trouble understanding articles that detail how the electric motors work. I can get help from an instructor to help me read the articles or try to find different websites that have a simpler explanation so I can get the basics down.
4. My next step is to compile all of my research and write it all down into one document. I also try to put my research into different categories to explore multiple concepts like the impact of electric cars on the environment or the specifics of how they work and how popular they are.
5. I will be more aware of how I affect the environment like not using as much electricity or water. I also can apply what I know about electric cars by telling my community about them and spreading awareness.

Electric Car studies
1. I learned about different types of electric cars and how the electric engine works. I learned about Nissan Leaf, tt has 107 miles on 1 charge. The Chevy Volt has 53 miles on electric on 1 charge. BMW i8 has 23 miles or 15 miles fully electric. The electric engine works differently from a gasoline engine.
2. I learned that I like electric cars because they are good for the environment.
3. I had no setbacks because I know what I am researching. I still don't know how the electric engine works. I will handle this by doing a lot of research about how the electric engine works.
4. I will research more about how electric engines work, I will continue research about different types of electric vehicles like buses, trains, boats, and planes.
5. Knowing electric cars are the best for the environment, I will tell my family or friends to get an electric car.
